OpTIM™ OU-802 Thermal Conductivity [3.5W/mK]

OU-802 is a high performance thermally conductive compound
and will not dry out. It has low viscosity for easy and neat
application; and can be used for application involving autodispensing
equipments or stencil screen-printing.
The proprietary formulation of OU-802 makes for its good thermal
conducting performance. Together with its superior wetting
properties in filling surface irregularities, OU-802 provides a cost
effective solution for application where rapid heat transfer from
heat source to spreader is required.

reassurance in applications where hazardous substances are
